In one line

A robot lands in the Cretaceous and starts a band. Wake each dinosaur, win it over at its own little game, and the song grows a layer for every dancer on the floor.

In a paragraph

Dave the robot was sent back in time by accident. He finds a sleeping T rex who also wants friends — and that is the whole game: walk the seven screens of a small Cretaceous world, wake everybody up, and win each one over at the puzzle it sets. Every friend who joins adds their own instrument to the song, so the music you are listening to is a running count of how many friends you have made.

The long version

Everything in Dinosaur Dance Party moves on the beat. Each dancer steps once per half-beat, read straight off the music's own playback position rather than off a timer of its own — which is why the floor never drifts apart. Daytime runs at 100 BPM; after dark the whole band moves up to 120. There are seven games among the friends, and none of them can be failed: a wrong answer just comes round again. There are no timers, no scores, no leaderboards and nobody is ever put out of the dance — the worst that happens is a dinosaur gets sleepy and would like an apple.

Marks

Logos and the icon.

The studio marks are vector and may be recoloured. The game's title lockup is pixel art — scale it by whole numbers or it goes to mush.

The cast

Everybody in the band.

Transparent PNGs, blown up 24× with nearest‑neighbour so every pixel stays square. Each one is the first of the two poses it dances on.
